They are personable and they are available for you! You can reach them almost anytime - they reply right back with any issues you may have. I am saving money now with having my customers pay for the 3% cc fee ( I am only charged 1%) Yah! I do offer my customers an option for check or cash if they don't want to pay that cc fee.
